Soft, blush pinks and whites are one of the favourite colour schemes this year, with subtle touches of gold featuring too. Kate and Aiden’s beautiful wedding at Blenheim Palace a few weeks ago is the perfect example of these romantic, charming tones.
Using soft, tumbling foliage, white hydrangeas, sweet avalanche roses, peonies and stocks, this ceremony set up is elegant and understated. Using perspex plinths and glass tall vases either side of the ceremony table this ensures all focus is on the Bride and Groom!
Kate’s Bridal bouquet was light and blowsy, using white peonies, sweet peas and our all time favourite, David Austin’s ‘Keira’ rose.
Optimising the high ceilings in the orangery is always a challenge and by mixing low and tall arrangements this makes a gentle, yet effective way of filling such a vast space.
